This booking page is provided by Joy Solutions AB ("Joy") on behalf of the practice you are booking with (the Practice, shown on this page). By booking, you agree to the following.
1. Who you are booking with
Your appointment is with the Practice. Joy provides the booking software only. Joy is not your healthcare provider and does not provide medical advice or care.
1a. Who can book
You must be at least 18 years old to use this page. If you are booking for a child under 18, you confirm you are their parent or legal guardian and have authority to share their information with the Practice.
2. Accurate information
Please give accurate contact details so your appointment can be confirmed and managed.
3. Not for emergencies or clinical advice
This page is for arranging appointments only. It is not for medical emergencies or urgent clinical matters — if you have an emergency, contact your local emergency services. Do not rely on the free-text field to communicate urgent symptoms.
4. Changes and cancellations
Appointment changes, cancellations, fees and all clinical matters are handled by the Practice under its own policies. Contact the Practice directly.
5. Your information
Personal data is handled as described in the Booking Privacy Notice on this page.
6. Acceptable use
Use this page only to make genuine appointments. Do not misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or submit unlawful content.
7. Availability
Joy aims to keep the page available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The page is provided "as is."
8. Questions
For anything about your appointment, contact the Practice using the details shown on this page. For questions about the booking platform itself, contact Joy at support@joy.day; for data protection questions, dpo@joy.day.
9. Governing law
These terms (covering your use of the booking software) are governed by Swedish law, and any dispute will be handled by the District Court of Malmö, Sweden — except where the consumer protection law of your country of residence in the UK, the Netherlands, Poland or Sweden gives you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts, in which case you may do so. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
